Processing and Shipping
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you placed your order to delivery as our products are handmade in small batches. Please note there may be a slight color variation between batches. Rest assured, your order will be made with quality and plenty of love. Please verify the shipping address as we are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the incorrect address. A reship fee will apply if you’ve submitted the incorrect address. Shipping days are Saturdays and Mondays. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order as we do not provide refunds for orders lost due to incorrect addresses. If the order is return to us due to an address error, and the items are in tact you may elect to obtain a refund or provide the correct address to reship. Please note that you will be responsible for the new shipping costs. If you choose to receive a refund, we will process your refund minus shipping costs on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Natural Products and Weather
Please note that all products are natural and may be vulnerable to the weather conditions. Any item shipped during the hot or cold weather may be subject to melting or freezing. If the product is frozen upon arrival, please allow time for the product to heat to room temperature. If you receive a melted product, please place the product in the refrigerator for a few minutes to resolidify. As a result, the texture of the product may change, specifically, lotion bars, as it is made with skin loving oils and butters. We will not reship or offer refunds for products that melt during shipping as it does not affect the body nourishing ingredients or benefits in the product. The products will be safe to use. If possible, please have your package delivered to an address where you will be available for delivery.
Packages Lost During Transit
It is highly unlikely that your package will be lost in transit, but if your order is lost in the mail, we will be happy to process a full refund. Please email us if your package is taking abnormally long to arrive to you. Once your refund is processed , you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
