E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

E-gift cards can be purchased in multiples of $25, $50, $75, $100, $125 and $150 E-gift cards can only be redeemed at love & water bath co. E-gift cards may be used in full or partial payment of a transaction.  E-gift cards may not be exchanged for cash, check or credit and change will not be given for transactions. E-gift cards will not expire and fees are not charged.

Please treat the e-gift card like cash as we are not responsible if the e-gift card  is lost, stolen, damaged or if the e-gift card is used without your permission. The e-gift card will not be replaced or refunded. All refunds on purchases made using an e-gift card will be re-credited to the e-gift card originally used. 

By use of the e-gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and not to use the e-gift card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive or unfair or otherwise harmful to love &water bath co. We reserve the right without notice to you, to void e-gift cards if we suspect that the e-gift card is obtained, used or applied fraudulently, unlawfully or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions. 

These terms and conditions may be amended at any time.
