Return/Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with our products and our service. Due to the personal nature of our business, we cannot accept any returns on used items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item, must be re-sellable, unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, with all original labels and the product seal shall not be broken. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange. We do not provide refunds for items that are lost or damaged during transit to us, so please package items responsibly for transit. However, if you are not satisfied with our product, we do offer refunds. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus shipping costs) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Cancellations
If you change your mind and cancel the order, we will accept your request within 1 hour of your order and process a refund. If your order has already been processed and shipped, we will not be able to offer a refund. If your request to cancel is later than one hour, it will depend on whether or not your order has been processed and/or shipped. To cancel your order, please email us at info@loveandwaterbathco.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us within 5 days of receiving your product if there is an issue. Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus shipping costs) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Incorrect or Missing Items
Unfortunately, mistakes happen. If your order is missing a product(s) or you received the incorrect item, please let us know shortly after receiving your order so that we can make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
